CEFARD is a not-for-profit, non-governmental, and humanitarian organisation. CEFARD's mandate is to champion the course of global poverty alleviation through agricultural resourses and developmental tools mostly in the developing nations of the world.

* Empowering men, women and youths to improve their livelihood through skill training, disseminating and application of knowledge into sustainable agriculture, rural community development and capacity building.

1. Through lectures, training workshops and seminars.
2. Organising conferences, exibitions and agricultural shows.
3. Partnering with organisations and donor agencies.
4. Organising fund raising and other income generating programmes for the needies and
less priviledged.
5. Establishment of information and resource centre.
6. Consultancy services on agricultural and developmental issues.
